«Though I often looked for one, I finally had to admit that there could be no cure for Paris.»
- from: The Paris Wife
So finally I managed to prepare the second post about my quick trip to Paris!
In this first post here I already showed you my aunt's house on the Champs Elysées, the Opéra, lunch at Printemps, the Eiffel Tower by day, Notre-Dame and Pont des Arts.
Take a look at this post if you haven't yet!
So the first destination I'd like to show you today is:
I'm the one with the red skirt.
me in front of the Louvre
me and my aunt's friend
After the Louvre we went visiting the Georges Pompidou, which is a museum of art.
On the way to this museum we walked by a bookshop which had amazing fashion-books in the vitrine!
the book with the floral dress says: "Dior Impressions"
If you can't read it: On the pink book it says: "The impossible collection of Fashion."
This book is unbelievable great! It's so big and so heavy but just so awesome!
Anyways, we finally arrived at the Georges Pompidou, which is not only an art museum but you also have a great view over Paris from its deck.
So when you're arrived at the top, you're still in kind of a tube, like you can see on the picture above.
But I still prefer the view you have from the top of the Arc de Triomphe, you'll see it on my third post about Paris next time!
Anyways, after this lovely view we went home for a quick change, because on the afternoon we took a trip on the boat over the Seine.
This time I wore a shirt and shorts from Zara, and no-brand sandals.

We've seen far more places with the boat but the pictures seem rather boring so I decided to not show them to you.
After this lovely tour we went home for a change - yes, again.
This time I went for jeans, because on the evening it became rather fresh.
White jeans from H&M, (neon)-pink Trafaluc shirt from Zara, my beloved Nike - Free Run, and the same H&M bag as above.
So we went out on the evening to see the beautiful Tour Eiffel by night.
On the way to the Tour Eiffel, we stumbled across this amazing view of the Arc de Triomphe.

Then we finally got to the Tour Eiffel and waited half an hour until 11 p.m., because then the Tour Eiffel begins to sparkle. I've already seen this several times, but I'm amazed every single time by it!
It's just so beautiful and captivating, if you're in Paris, you can't miss this!
And with the sparkle:
It is really amazing, believe me. So amazing that all the people there even began to applaude when it began to sparkle!
Soo.. So far to my second post about Paris!
I hope you enjoyed the pictures of the Louvre, the Georges Pompidou and the view over Paris, the pictures from the Seine, the Arc de Triomphe by night and the sparkling Tour Eiffel!
I'm already looking forward to your comments/opinions! And don't forget to take a look at my first post about Paris here if you haven't yet!
Stay tuned, there will be a third post.
Merci beaucoup for reading!
Lots of love,
